Juan just installed our new shades! He was very professional in his actions. The colors were very nice. Infact the ones on the front of the house looks like they could have been there since the house was built many years ago. We have lived here over 40 years.

My husband and I were very very satisfied with the window coverings that we got from znl window coverings. When Janice came out she was very informative and had lots of choices for us to choose from. The prices were very reasonable and Juan did a wonderful job installing everything. I would highly recommend znl to anyone who is looking to get any type of window coverings. In fact I have several more windows that I will be ordering soon.

Exceptional service and installation!!!! We were very please with the whole process, from ordering to installation. We enjoyed working with Kendra on picking out styles and colors, she was even able to provide us with wood valance to match a current window covering we were not replacing. Pricing was reasonable And we were very satisfied with the installation. John was very professional and through, and made sure were satisfied with the install and knew how they coverings all worked before he left.

This rating is based on just having met with the representative. Kendra called prior to arriving which I appreciated and was at my door at the time we originally agreed to. She came prepared and listened to what I wanted which greatly decreased the amount of time searching the samples. She fully informed me about the process for not only installation of the new items I ordered but for the several window treatments that needed repairs. She was professional and friendly and represented ZNL well!
